as such, guests information is null and void till they are "part" of your system anyway. If anything a footer "standard" if we blow your pc your own fault - would apply to guests.

Should this not be covered in your registration agreement .. ???
feel free to steal mine if there of any use to you and pop them in the registration agreement, little late to disclaim something AFTER a membership is activated illogical :P
